Q. What are your showroom opening hours?

We are open from 9am - 6pm Monday to Thursday (Closed from 1.15pm-2.00pm for lunch) and Friday 9am- 5pm (Closed Saturday and Sunday) Extended opening hours during October in our fancy dress shop. All hire items available to view in our showrooms and we also sell a range of Fancy Dress, party supplies and disposables.

Q. Are you costumes for sale or hire?

Our Costumes are to buy with the exception of Jumbo Mascots and Easter bunnies which are available to hire. Costumes start from as little as €10.

Catering Equipment Hire Service: 

Q. How do i go about Hiring catering equipment from you?

You can call into our showrooms and choose from our selection or you can phone or email through your order. Please ensure you include your contact details so we can get in touch to confirm. All Hires must be pre-booked to allow time for picking.

Q. How long can i hire for?

The hire peroid is 48 hours or over a weekend. (Bank Holiday hires are collected on tuesday). If you require the goods for a longer peroid please contact or sales team.

Q. Is there a Delivery charge?

There is a delivery and collection charge which is based on location. You can also collect the goods yourself if you wish to do so.

Q. Do I have to pay a Deposit?

A Deposit is required with all hires to cover shortages/Breakages. Your deposit will be returned once all goods have been checked back at our premises.

All orders over €300 require a 30% non refundable booking fee to hold the goods.

Q. Do i need to send the goods back clean?

We do offer a return dirty service, please contact our sales team for more information.

Prices quoted are for goods returned washed and in the storage containers provided

Table Linen will be cleaned by ourselves.

Q. What type electricial supply do i need for your equipment?

All our catering equipment operates on 13amp and are fitted with 3 pin plugs.

 

Q - Do you hire your fancy dress outfits?
Our Fancy Dress Costumes are for sale, we only hire larger mascots costumes and Easter Bunny Costumes. Visit our fancy dress pages to view our collection and much more available in store.

Terms of Service

Terms and Conditions of Hire Print E-mail
  1. Prices quoted exclude VAT @ 23% and are based on a 48-hour hire period. Prices are available on request for longer hire periods.
  2. Delivery and collection charges apply.
  3. Rates do not include set up of equipment.
  4. Payment is due when goods have been delivered.
  5. All orders require a deposit to cover damages to goods. Deposits will be returned within 10 days once all hire items have been checked at our premises.
  6. All orders require a 30% booking fee to hold the goods
  7. Breakages and any items short will be charged at our replacement or repair costs.
  8. The customer is responsibe for the hired goods from delivery until collection.
  9. Goods remain the property of All Affairs Catering Hire at all times.
  10. All Affairs Catering Hire can accept no responsibility for injury or damage caused by use of any hired goods. Hired equipment should be used only for its intended purpose.
  11. All equipment is checked before hire and should be returned washed and in a clean condition (with the exception of table linen, which will be dry-cleaned by us). Items returned in a dirty condition will incur a cleaning charge.
  12. All packaging and cartons must be returned with the hire equipment.
  13. On collection, hired goods must be left together in the same place where they were delivered.
